Every Rachael Matthews table passes through Matthew's hands before it goes anywhere near your home.
Colour stain, base coats, protective lacquer — each layer applied and assessed by eye, by someone for whom this craft runs in the family. Matthew's father was a French polisher. His grandfather before that.
What that means for your table is a finish with depth, warmth and longevity that simply cannot be achieved any other way.

Your table is hand finished in your chosen colour by Matthew — layer by layer, entirely by hand. We photograph it during the process and share updates with you personally.

WE DELIVER IT TO YOU
We don't use couriers. We bring your table ourselves, carry it in, install it, and don't leave until it's exactly right.
